We are looking for a Project Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with our cross-functional global team to manage implementations and roll-out of SaaS-based products across multiple Higher Education organisations.

Our highly experienced local management team will provide you with mentoring, guidance and relevant project management tools and processes.

Your responsibilities

• To proactively plan and manage SaaS deployment implementation projects to achieve required outcomes (high quality, on schedule, excellent customer relationship and with expected gross margin)
• Managing various aspects of SaaS implementation projects such as Busines Analysis, deployments,  configuration and customisation, integration to other systems, UAT, training and transition to ongoing support.
• Author and manage the project plan, schedule, risk management plan, issues list, and other project management documents throughout the project.
• To effectively manage external and internal stakeholders.
• To monitor, manage and report on project progress to the client and internal management
• To ensure contract compliance, both in relation to our client and our subcontractor contracts.
• T o manage our subcontractor’s service delivery in cooperation with their project manager.
• Maintain and continuously improve implementation methodology and processes.

About You

• You have a good understanding of the IT Services Industry, experience with managing application software development and SaaS implementation projects.
• You are proactive, and you have excellent attention to details.
• You can effectively work with technical and business stakeholders
• You enjoy working flexible hours to accommodate communication across different time zones.
• You are customer-focused and you understand how to balance short term relationship imperatives with the ultimate goal to deliver expected outcome to our client.
• Ideally, you will experience in managing IT projects in Higher Education or a similarly complex and large scale organisation.
• You have familiarity with JIRA and other project management tools
• You are highly motivated, focu sed, and a disciplined self-starter.
• You are willing to travel interstate as required.
• Strong (English) written and oral communication skills.
